By now, you’ve probably seen or heard about the recent launch of Cartoon Graphics Design Challenges, a new contest for creative cartoonists to show off their work.
The site was launched in May and currently hosts around 2,000 cartoonists from all over the world.
The site itself is easy to navigate, but its creators have also taken some steps to make it more appealing to cartoonists and their peers.
As a reminder, these are some of the main features of Cartoon Design Challenges:• You can submit your work for the challenge and earn points by creating animations, comic book covers, and other visual elements that illustrate the ideas that you’re trying to express.• You may be asked to draw one of your own creations, or to work with a partner for a project of your choice.• There are various awards for your creativity, such as “Best Cartoonist” or “Best Comic Book Cover.”• You’re also asked to submit artwork and video for the contest.• Cartoonists can submit up to 10 pieces of their work per day for a chance to win a $10,000 prize.• The site also allows users to vote on their own creations and the results are also published in the form of a drawing competition.
It’s not the only new thing about Cartoon Design.
Earlier this year, they released a new podcast series called Cartoon Fridays, and the site’s creator, Adam Rubin, also started a podcast on the site, Cartoon Fridays.

And, for those who like to work outside the studio, Cartoon Designers are now offering some free work.
You can sign up for the Cartoon Design Challenge, which will run from February 10 to February 18.
You’ll have an opportunity to create and submit your own cartoons for the competition, and you’ll also receive an incentive of up to $1,000, if you work on an animated feature film or a video game.
The Cartoon Design website is free to use and offers a great selection of content.
The creators have even been giving away a number of perks like a new mobile app for Cartoon Fridays to download and use.
If that’s not enough to get you hooked on the contest, Cartoon Designer is also offering a weekly free sketchbook, which can be used to sketch your own story, comic, or drawing for Cartoon Friday.
You can sign-up for Cartoon Design to see if you’re one of the lucky winners and find out more.
You should also check out Cartoon Design’s other challenges, such the Cartoon Awards, and Cartoon Challenges for Designers.
